Covering every room in the house, we will dust, hoover and sanitise the property so the incoming tenant feels comfortable from minute one. The standard proceedure would be:

Kitchen

Clean kitchen using sterile cleaners
Dust down all shelves and cabinets
Mop flooring leaving room clean, fresh and smelling it’s best.

Lounge/Dinning Room

Dust and vacuum both areas
Wipe down all woodwork and wipe clean surfaces
Mop over any hard flooring where applicable

Hall, Stairs & Landing

Dust and vacuum all carpeted areas
Wipe down all woodwork and wipe clean surfaces
Mop over any hard flooring where applicable

Bedrooms

Dust and vacuum all carpeted areas
Wipe down all woodwork and wipe clean surfaces
Mop over any hard flooring where applicable

Bathrooms, En-Suites & Cloakrooms

Dust, clean and sanitise all areas
Hoover and mop all flooring areas where applicable
Polish all chrome works, towel rails and taps
Disinfect toilets and sinks

Additional Services for Landlords & Tenants

Brief list of other services offered to private and business landlords and minor upgrade works for example:

Minor decoration – should the property need a quick once over with the paintbrush
Clearance – if the outgoing tenant has left the premise leaving property or goods
