Wedding Flowers: Archway & Church
Valerie & Richard Moran Wedding
30th March 2012
Valerie (Val) asked if we could help with some of the Wedding Flowers for their wedding day yesterday – to which we obviously ‘rose’ to the challenge.
The request was to do a small display on the archway entrance to the church, plus in the windows of the church we created some candle displays with a flat display on the front table where they were signing the register. Below was the list of the flowers requested to do both displays ifavailable:
Lemon Roses, Mixed Spray Roses, Fresia, Lisianthus, Stocks, Snow Drops, Gysophilia (to soften the edges), Hard Ruscus,
Eucalyptus.
Table Fl
ower Display
With many different displays available for inside the church, Val & Rich asked me to produce a nice display for the table at the back of the church behind where they stood at the alter. The table display was something small and not over powering – with a selection of some of the above flowers.
Window Displays
Along with the Table Decoration above, we produced something similar for the side windows in the Church. There were two windows on either side of the church, to which we followed the same theme with flowers, with a candle in the centre of the display surrounded by a glass flute.
