Q: Do you supply your own products for cleaning?

Generally, we use our own cleaning materials – but should you wish for us to use a specific product, you can leave it for us and we will use it.

Q: How many staff will be cleaning my property?

There are obviously a minimum of one but up to three can be used at any one time.

Q: Do you have a fixed hourly rate?

Yes, all of our services are fixed with one hourly rate. So, no matter what we do, it will always be £10.00ph regardless.

Q: Can we have ironing at the same time you clean?

Absolutely! As we mention above, all of our services are fixed with one hourly rate, including ironing.

Q: Do we pay weekly or monthly?

It’s fully up to you, monthly or weekly is good for us!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque or direct transfer from bank to bank.
