About Dawson’s Beck & Call

My name is Ginny Dawson, the founder and owner of Dawson’s Beck and Call.

On 2nd December 2009  I was made redundant from my job as a graphic designer and decided I wanted to find something where I could combine my eye for detail with something a little less stressful and would fit in with my home life.

As like many mothers, I wanted something that would fit in with school times, something that was a little more flexible and that I already had knowledge in without having to retrain. Without a second thought, Dawson’s Beck & Call was about to commence.

My First Clients:

Logically the first people you talk to are your family – and once I had mentioned what I was going to do, it didn’t take long before they all asked if I would help them with things like cleaning, ironing and even catering including meal preperation and delivery.

Within a few weeks, word had spread amongst friends and colleagues or the family and I have never looked back since.

Now employing four of us, we service clients from Hinckley to Nuneaton including Sharnford, Sapcote, Higham on the Hill and Stoke Golding.
